NJC 25, £22,658
Closing date Friday 9th June
CoLab is looking to recruit a confident, friendly and focused team leader to head-up our Welcome Team – a fantastic band of volunteers and staff from the agencies that work in our hub.
CoLab is a multi-agency community of organisations that work together to promote health & wellbeing, to promote learning and community action, and to tackle some of our community’s greatest challenges – including homelessness, dependency on alcohol and drugs, and offending. This means our visitors come from a range of backgrounds, and with diverse needs. The Welcome Team is central to the way that we work as the first point of engagement with our visitors, needing to quickly establish what the visitor needs and introducing them to the people within CoLab best placed to help them.
Our new Team Leader is responsible for coordinating, supervising and supporting the team; and looking after the atrium – the public space that visitors first come into at CoLab which is itself a point of information, learning, and art and culture. As such, the Team Leader needs to be confident, professional, resilient, friendly and a quick-thinker / problem-solver.
If you would like an informal chat about the role, or to visit us to see us in action, please contact Fiona Carden on 01392 202055
